Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai and Za’abeel Park, One Za’abeel offers easy connectivity to the old and new Dubai.

ALEC has been awarded the high profile One Za’abeel project which will be located between the Dubai World Trade Centre and Za’abeel Park. The project will consist of two towers, which are for mixed-use development and are linked by a suspended bridge.

The suspended bridge that will link the two towers together is at a level of +105m. Two basement tunnels that will connect both towers are dedicated to vehicle access. ALEC’s scope of work as the main contractor includes all concrete structures, waterproofing, masonry, link bridge, fireproofing, and underground services. One Za’abeel’s “The Link,” set to be the world’s longest cantilever, will offer panoramic 360-degree views of Dubai from its viewing platform, featuring ultimate experiences in fine-dining and hospitality. The project also boasts of luxurious residences between simplexes and duplexes and grade A office space.
